HPI-Online
accepts returns up to 30 days from the date of the order. Any claims for
damages or shortages need to be made within 7 days of receipt of your
shipment. HPI-Online will credit your shipping costs only for products
shipped to you in error or that are received defective.
To initiate

HPI-Online
will reply with a Return Authorization Number that you will need to write
on the outside of your box. Your return may be delayed without this number.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. Your refund
will be applied to your original credit card account.

understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you expected or
possibly you just changed your mind. Please read the following to see
what options we offer in regards to a return:
If you simply
don't like the item or it just doesn't meet your needs, you may return
it to us within 30 days from the date of the order for credit (not including
shipping charges) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging
and in working order. We respect your return and hope you respect our
right to wish to resell the item.
All returns/replacements
after 30 days from the date of your order must be made directly to the
manufacturer of the item. All products sold by HPI-Online come with manufacturer's
claims and warranties on literature packed with each item.
Parts and
repairs: Please contact the manufacturer directly on any needed parts
or repairs to your item.
